Exercises

Warning ! : overdoing penis exercises, both in number of reps and intensity or duration of particular penis exercise can easily cause side effects (bruises, discoloration, swelling etc.), so you should be highly concentrated and careful when doing these exercises! Before you, for the first time, apply penis exercises shown in the following text to your penis, you must agree with our terms of use to continue further with the reading of the text below.

Penis stretching exercises together with the PeneXt harness is by far the best approach to penis enlargement.

Penis exercises are very useful as an additional stimulus which cannot be realised exclusively by wearing the harness. That stimulant has a positive effect on additional growth of the penis tissue as well as on improvement or maintenance of the penis physiological functions. Better blood circulation in the penis during the day better erection, better ejaculation control, bigger amount of semen are only some of the benefits which you can experience if you practice these penis exercises regularly. Warming up of the penis tissue by penis exercises should be used as a factor which enhances the process of penis stretching by means of the PeneXt harness.

However, exercises require plenty of your free time. It should be clear to you that for good growth of the penis (additional inches a year) it is necessary to do exercises minimum twice a day (or more) with the total duration of at least 45 minutes to an hour. Anything shorter than that is useful but it will not generate the expected gains. Also, we will present here only a few i.e. 8 very practical exercises which are easy and fast to perform with only both of your hands and for which you do not need any aids (lubricants, various accessories). However, these few exercises make up a mini-system affecting virtually all of the functions which penis exercises can affect, so you do not need anything else then them. Therefore, the exercises illustrated further in the text are an optimized system for you to have the good results with the least investment of time.

Warming up for the Penis Exercises

Good warming up for the penis exercises is one of the factors which can nearly eliminate occurrence of side effects. However, we suggest exercises as a long-term supplementary tool of achieving faster results along with wearing of the PeneXt harness, and not as the main source of growth, so we will only mention various kinds of warm-up exercises and let you decide whether you will do warming up at all (since it requires additional and considerable time).

In a variety of ways it is possible to warm up penis for exercises - when you try them you will be able to decide which suits you best. The order that follows is our proposal by the efficiency and practicality.

1. Warm wet cloth - soak a small piece of cloth (a small towel, a bigger sock and alike) in warm water, but not hot – something in between so that it does not scald you and wrap it around the penis. It should stay wrapped like that for a couple of minutes, until you feel that the heat has gone off and that warming is no longer effective. If you do not want to be passive while the effect of the cloth works, you can additionally wrap it, e.g. with a nylon bag and tuck that all together in your underpants. Thus the cloth will keep heat longer and will have longer effect on softening the penis. After that you can put on the harness (you should be quick when doing this so that the penis does not cool down) or get down to do penis exercises.

2. A mug with warm water – find a mug, glass, vase and alike, deep enough to put your flaccid penis in it and then fill it in with warm water (at a temperature which is on boundary between comfort and discomfort) and dip your flaccid penis in it for a couple of minutes or shorter, until the water cools down and it has no more warming effect. You can change water several times, so that the warming up period lasts at least 5 minutes.

3. Sock with rice – fill the sock of proper size with dry rice and tie its end. Warm it in the microwave oven for about 2 minutes, depending on the quantity of rice and apply it on the penis. The sock (i.e. rice) releases heat as well as moisture.

4. Aladin's bottle – find a plastic bottle with a neck wide enough for your penis to enter and for about 4 inches (10 cm) deeper than the length of your penis in the flaccid state, and fill it up with hot water a bit less than about those 4 inches. Insert the flaccid penis in the bottle and press the bottle tip against your skin at the penis base to prevent the air getting out of the bottle. It is the steam (not water) which should have warming and softening effect on your penis.

5. Cushions, gels and similar products for warming – you can even find the warming cushions designed for application on the penis in the market, but what they all have in common is that they release heat, not moisture. If you want to include the moisture in the process, simply wrap it with some wet cloth on that place.

6. Showering the penis with warm water for several minutes.
